BEAVER POWER IS A FABULOUS, FUN AND FASHIONABLE LINE OF CLOTHES THAT PROMOTES RENEWABLE CLEAN ENERGY…
…made by Solar power, the Hydrogen fuel cell, Wind and Minihydro electric power, and the use of Hybrid Electric and Fuel cell cars. We promote the protection of the environment and specifically, Beavers and the wetlands they live in. When a Beaver makes a pond by damming running water, it becomes the home of thousands of species of animals plants and insects, and when Beavers are chased away or killed by irate, exhausted and short sighted farmers and land-owners, all those other life forms lose their home too.
BEAVER POWER! is the concept that with a huge mass marketing campaign, it is possible to educate people world-wide about Solar Power, the Hydrogen Fuel Cell, Wind Generators and Minihydro Electric Power, which will lead to actual use. These new technologies work just fine and don't cause pollution. Which means no carbon and cancerous gasses. Cleaner air, water soil and food. Less cancer and bronchial problems from breathing crap. Healthier humans and all life in general.
We can access the 75 billion dollars that American teenage girls spend each year on clothes and disposable whatnot by selling T-shirts and clothing carrying the BEAVER POWER! brand logo, then we can use this money to buy solar panels, Fuel cells and other Renwable energy equiptment, give it away randomly to Americans who need it, regular folks like you and me, and schools and small businesses, then hire a publisist to publicize it and have a press conference each time we do it, get it into magazines and newspapers, and on TV, then people will do it themselves.
We also fund Beaver Rescue , and education and work programs to teach people about the benefits of RE(Renewable Energy) and inspiring people to find a career in this new growing industry. Manufacturing the equiptment will increase, the price of Solar panels will go down and more people will be able to afford to do it, then the air, water, soil, and your body will be cleaner period.
We are inspiring Women and Girls to realize they can do something about the world they live in, help them become consumers with a conscience. When women do anything everyone pays attention, so all you wonderful young ladies can actually be responsible for the clean up by helping to pay for it, all for the price of a T-shirt, hat, sweatshirt, whatever.
You fabulous Ladies will buy stuff anyway, so why not do something important like clean up the environment and raise peoples awareness about how important it is to your health to do that. We'd also like to get people in the entertainment field(Rock and Roll, TV, Movies and Sports) to help promote it, cuz they have such a big audience and people listen when they speak. Soon cars and cell phones and Laptops will be powered by the hydrogen fuel cell, and the by-product is water vapor. You cannot get cancer from water vapor.
If Humans really want to survive we will have to be symbiotic, not parasitic in our behavior. We will have to adjust our behavior to the demands of nature and reach a balance where we can exist without destroying our precious natural resourses.
Electricity is made by running a generator on gas or oil, the result is pollution in the form of carbon monoxide, like what comes out of the tailpipe of a car. The exhaust is cancerous, and makes people sick, some of them die. Same with burning coal, giant turbines are run by the heat from burning coal and lots of soot and dangerous pollutants come out the smokestack and those who live nearby breathe it and can get very sick.
Also mercury is a by product of coal mining, it gets into the water, often the companies just dump it into a nearby river, killing fish and mutating frogs, and then from the smokestack of the generators soot gets all over everything nearby, in the air, soil, water and is absorbed right through your skin. Your cells have just so much tolerance for this material, and the stress causes cancer, causes the cells to mutate, and die, then you can get very sick.
The antique fossil fuel based way to make electricity is an old fashioned idea, and the new technology has made it obsolete, we don't need to burn things to make electricity anymore. But the rich people who own these companies don't care, its all documented and true, see the How Can Bush Not Be Pro Beaver Article on the top right of the www.beaverpower.com home page, that explains how carbon is causing the planet's atmosphere to heat up, and its getting dangerous.
Over 10,000 people died in France during the summer of 2003 from excess heat, caused by all this extra carbon in the atmosphere from burning fossil fuels, oil, gas and coal. The ice is melting in the north and south pole and this makes the ocean level rise. Coastal areas like New York and California will eventually be underwater if this continues. Sooner than you would think. Its a catastrophe of a planetary scale, and we Humans are causing it. It’s a science fiction story come to life, and it does not have a happy ending. But it does not have to be so depressing.
It always takes time to transition from one technology to the next(Water power became steam power, then came burning coal, then gas and oil, and now Solar, Wind, Minihydro, Hybrid technologies, Fuel Cells and Ocean Wave Power Generation.) Only now we can make the electricty we have become dependent on to run our refrigerators and CD players without harming the environment.
And none too soon. Pollution has reached a dangerous level, and we are causing the 6th mass extinction of life on this planet, soon we will have killed all the animals and plants, and these things take millions of years to come back. So it is an emergency, especially after the Black Out last summer, when 50 million people lost power.
BEAVER POWER! inspires successful women to encourage all women and girls to be positive and successful, no matter what obstacles or bad experiences they've had, and start their own businesses and to run them with compassion and fairness, instead of working for a giant corporation which places productivity above humanity.
The point is, its important to care about the Planet your living on, and do something about it that will work with love, compassion, and a sense of humor.
